Your listing follows the main cancellation policy you set in Holidu. Changes to this policy apply across all distribution channels, except Booking.com and Airbnb, where you can set specific policies. Cancellations for Check24 bookings follow the same process as any other Holidu booking.

How do I find my property on Check24?

You can view your listing directly on the Check24 holiday rentals website:

• Go to https://ferienwohnung.check24.de/.
• Enter the city name and navigate to your property's location on the map.
• Search for available booking dates, as your listing only appears when dates are available.

Can I opt out of Check24?

We recommend keeping Check24 active, as it supports your booking potential with no extra effort. If you prefer not to list your property there, you can deactivate the channel in the "Distribution channels" tab by clicking "Channel terms" and then "Deactivate channel" at the bottom of the page.
