How do I add arrival instructions?

1. Log in to your Holidu Hosts account and select your property.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Configuration.
3. Scroll down and select Arrival Information.
4. In the Contact Information section, click Edit to update the check-in contact's name, phone number, and email.
5. In the Arrival Information section, click Edit to add key collection details, directions to the property, or other check-in instructions.
6. Click Improve with AI to rewrite your instructions into a clear, structured format.
7. Save your changes.
8. Use the Language Selector to translate your instructions into all supported languages.

Will guests receive my arrival instructions?

Yes. Guests receive your arrival information automatically in their confirmation email after they confirm a booking. If a guest's language is supported, they receive the translated version.

What if I update my instructions after a booking?

Updates apply to new bookings automatically. For existing bookings, contact those guests personally to share the changes.
