This is our smallest apartment, and for many, that's exactly what makes it special.
On 26 m², you'll find a bright, thoughtfully designed retreat for 1–2 people on the first floor, featuring a south-facing balcony with open mountain views. Start your day with the sun on your face and unwind in the evening with panoramic mountain scenery. This is not a luxury loft—nor does it try to be. It's intentionally compact, perfect for those who spend their days exploring the mountains and want a stylish, peaceful place to return to. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll feel right at home here. The property is close to numerous cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini-golf course.
The studio is a 20-minute drive from Lake Chiemsee, 45 minutes from Salzburg, 50 minutes from Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Munich. Parking is available on the property.
Families with children are welcome. There is storage for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as a ski room.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
An EV charging station is available for an extra fee. Washing machine and dryer can be used on request.
The property follows recycling guidelines and features energy- and water-saving amenities.
Part of the electricity comes from photovoltaic panels.
