Located on the first floor and spanning 56 sqm, it’s a lovingly furnished, modern Alpine-style home-away-from-home: bright, spacious, and inviting.
Perfect for two, and also ideal if you’re traveling with a child. Enjoy peace and comfort here, with all the amenities you’ll appreciate after a day in the mountains or by the lake.
There’s plenty of space, cozy furnishings, and an atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The apartment features a balcony where you can relax in the evenings. You’ll find cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini-golf course nearby.
Chiemsee is 20 minutes away by car, Salzburg 45 minutes, Berchtesgaden and Königssee 50 minutes, and Munich about 1 hour 15 minutes. Parking is available on the property.
There’s storage for motorcycles and bicycles, plus a ski depot.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
An EV charging station is available for an extra fee. Washing machine and dryer can be used on request. The property follows recycling guidelines and uses energy- and water-saving features.

Brötchenservice hätte bei dem Preis dabei sein können, aber ging auch so,sonst aber alles okay
Hat gepasst. Zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen.
