Our Weitsee apartment – with views of the Chiemgau Alps
Welcome! In our bright, welcoming apartment, you'll find a place where peace, space, and comfort come together.
Enjoy the stunning view of the Chiemgau Alps from the moment you arrive—perfect for relaxing and leaving daily life behind. On 50 sqm on the first floor, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay for two: plenty of space, charming details, and a cozy alpine atmosphere.
It’s a retreat where you’ll quickly feel at home, surrounded by nature. The property is close to many cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini golf course.
The apartment is 20 minutes by car from Lake Chiemsee, 45 minutes from Salzburg, 50 minutes from Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee, and about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Munich. Parking is available on the property.
There is storage for motorcycles and bicycles, plus a ski depot.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
An EV charging station is available for an extra fee. Washing machine and dryer can be used on request.
The property follows recycling guidelines and uses energy- and water-saving features.
Part of the electricity comes from solar panels.
Self check-in is available.

netter Eingangsbereich ins Haus mit diversen "Goodies", der Wohnungsschnitt, der Übereckbalkon, eine sehr gute Küchenausstattung inklusive Putz- und Spülmitteln, alles sauber und ordentlich, sehr gute Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer (Klappläden), ein ruhiges Haus, zentrale Lage - alles fußläufig erreichbar
die Wohnungsinformation wäre in Teilen zu aktualisieren (u.a. Rauschbergbahn geschlossen) und um aktuelle ÖPNV Fahrpläne zu ergänzen. In der Wohnung ist kaum Platz für leere Koffer. Falls es da einen separaten Abstellbereich geben sollte, wäre in Hinweis in der Wohnungsmappe hilfreich. Bei uns kein ...
