Welcome to our little retreat in the Chiemgau Alps.
This lovingly furnished apartment on the first floor offers 38 sqm of space—perfect for a relaxing stay for two. Enjoy peace and a beautiful mountain view from the south-facing balcony, where you can soak up the sun and unwind. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The private balcony is ideal for relaxing in the evening. The property is close to many cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini-golf course.
The studio is a 20-minute drive from Lake Chiemsee, 45 minutes from Salzburg, 50 minutes from Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Munich. Parking is available on the property.
There is storage for motorcycles and bicycles as well as a ski depot.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
An EV charging station is available for an extra fee. Washing machine and dryer can be used on request.
The property follows recycling guidelines and uses energy- and water-saving features.
Some electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems.
