Modern and lovingly furnished holiday apartment in the heart of Stralsund’s old town for 2–3 guests.
The apartment is located in a historic building from 1868, completely renovated in 2013. The 47 m² holiday home is on the so-called Kemladen level and offers you a cosy living room with an open kitchen as well as a sunny south-facing balcony.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cater for yourselves during your stay. The bedroom features a double bed. If needed, the sofa in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping space (unfolded: 2.00 m x 1.20 m). The bathroom is fitted with both a shower and a bathtub.
Towels are provided. The apartment is on the first floor.
If any of you have limited mobility, we recommend checking in advance whether the apartment suits your needs.

Super zentrale Lage und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Kleine gemütliche Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, alles modern und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die sehr saubere Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat einen Balkon zu einem schönen und ruhigen Hof und liegt absolut zentral. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Stralsund zu erkunden
Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Die Hof-Haustür zur Wohnung ist sehr schwergängig, zumal sie nach außen aufgeht und man immer ein paar Schritte rückwärts die Stufen runtergehen muss. Aber das ist vielleicht auch Gewöhnungssache.
Und der Essplatz ist sehr klein, schon für zwei Personen.
