La localisation du bâtiment, le paysage, la vue sur le Lac, la végétation environnante.
Aucun point négatif.
Simplement, pour les personnes qui dorment dans le noir total, prévoir un masque de nuit selon où vous serez installé, mais il y a toujours une solution.
