Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge und die vielen Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die kostenlose Nutzung von Bus und Bahn zwischen dem Eibsee und Garmisch- Partenkirchen ist ein super Angebot.
Der Nachbar hat ein Aussenschwimmbad und dessen Umwälzpumpe war sehr laut, was schon reichlich störend war, wenn man auf dem Balkon saß.
