Zentrale Lage sowohl innerhalb der Stadt als auch perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und die technische Ausstattung ist gut.
Die Straße vor dem Haus ist viel befahren. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage unterm Dach, so dass es im Sommer sehr heiß ist. Die Badewanne hat keine Duschwand bzw. Duschvorhang.
