A barbecue is available on request for outdoor meals. Families with children can request cribs, high chairs, and other baby items. The property offers 2 shared parking spaces and free parking nearby. Up to 3 pets are allowed for an extra fee. Events are permitted on the property, but smoking is not allowed indoors. The home is on the second floor with no elevator. A welcome basket with milk and cookies awaits you on arrival; coffee, tea and herbal teas, salt, sugar, and spices are always available in the home. Seasonal products, wine, and homemade walnut oil are offered. Please note there are no shops nearby; main services are in Nus, 5 km away. If you use the pellet stove, please clean out excess ash as needed or every 2-3 days with the provided vacuum; cleaning can be done by the owners on request, according to your schedule. The owners live nearby, but not in your reserved unit.
