Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower, terrazzo floor, large mirror and washer-dryer. A centrally located staircase leads to the fully developed attic with open gallery and two cozy bedrooms with large double beds (180x200 cm). The terrace and garden area invite you to linger: thanks to the southern exposure, you can enjoy the sun there until sunset.
