The Ader Living penthouse apartment offers guests a spacious penthouse loggia and a bedroom balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain scenery.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and comprises a spacious 55m2 living room with a fold-out sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a cozy bedroom with queen-size bed and a modern bathroom with washing machine.

In the underground garage, our guests can park their vehicle in their own parking space in the garage box, in which there is also a wallbox (two Schuko and one CEE socket) for charging e-cars and e-bikes for a fee.

Our guests also have access to a bicycle parking space in the underground garage as well as an elevator, which our guests can use to easily bring their suitcases to their apartment. The Adler Living Attika apartment is equipped with free WiFi, underfloor heating, a private washing machine and dishwasher, an electric barbecue in the outdoor area, a Nespresso coffee machine and a 50-inch Smart TV with satellite and cable TV.

Our guests also have access to a tumble dryer in the basement for communal use.
