La centralità dell'appartamento è la tranquillità.
Attrezzatura di cucina di livello molto basso (assenza di un paio di forbici, coltelli che non tagliano, assenza di un cavatappi, solo 3 forchette e 2 cucchiaini da caffè). Un fornetto microonde o combinato sarebbe stato molto utile.
