The spacious villa “Es Vela I” is located in the countryside near the picturesque town Muro, and it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy a relaxed holiday surrounded by nature while also being close to the beach. The 300m2 villa consists of a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each; 2 with a double bed), as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (upon request). One of the main attractions of the property is undoubtedly its beautiful outdoor area. Here you will find a lush garden, a generous pool where you can cool off on warm summer days, a grill ideal to prepare delicious dishes and furnished terraces (covered/uncovered) where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. You will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in Muro, just 9 minutes driving from the property (4.6km), while the closest beach, Platja de Muro, can be reached after 8 minutes driving (4.4km). Nature lovers will also enjoy a visit to the nature reserve “Parc Natural de S’Albufera de Mallorca”, where they can discover some of the flora and fauna of the region. (11 minutes driving, 8km). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport can be reached after 48 minutes driving (58.4km).

Pros: Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Finca bietet alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist fantastisch, das Grund sehr groß und weitläufig. Super Grillmöglichkeit. Die Möbeln im Haus sind etwas ins Alter gekommen, die Duschen könnten eine Revitalisierung gebrauchen. Ansonsten ein super Urlaub mit netten Freunden!

Cons: Die Duschen müssten mal renoviert werden und dir Innenausstattung des Geschirrspüler müsste erneuert werden, sonst war alles top.

Pros: Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Äusserst herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Alle Klimageräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Immer wieder gerne - kann nur weiterempfohlen werden.
Cons: WLAN könnte optimiert werden.
