posizone ottima poiché di fronte al mare.Appartamento datato e molto trascurato, a partire dalla porta d’ingresso che credo stia per cadere.materassi sfondati, finestre non insonorizzate, prive di tendaggi oscuranti.La tenda parasole del terrazzino distrutta....insomma,a parte la posizione la casa è completamente da risistemare e il prezzo richiesto,per quello offerto,troppo alto.

- dirty, terrible apartment - in a very bad shape (rusted fridge, toilette lost water, sun blinds and chairs on the balcony broken, sofa-bed not possible for adults to sleep and sandy) - the view on the balcony is wonderful, maybe thats why the owner allows not to invest.... but its a shame, hopeful...
