Die Lage ist hervorragend, nah in der Natur und nah an Kirchzarten, Freiburg und den Wandergebieten im Schwarzwald.
Die Wohnung ist großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.
Die Fenster und die Terassentüre haben nicht geschlossen. Es war nicht dicht und bei Wind hat es stark durch die Ritzen gezogen.
Manchmal kam kein Wasser aus den Hähnen oder Schmutzwasser und das Duschwasser war manchmal kalt.
Die Fernsehprogramme gingen nur teilweise.
