Welcome to the Johanna vacation apartment Dear guests We offer a cozy, fully equipped vacation apartment in the Lahn Valley for fitters and vacation guests. The newly renovated apartment is located on the sous-terrain of our house and can be reached via an outside staircase with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with double bed & bedside tables, closet.

In addition to a small sitting area with table, there is a small desk and Smart TV.

In addition to the possibility to watch TV, this Smart TV is also ideal for your home office activities - an HDMI cable is available on site.

Travel cot available on request. In the morning, treat yourself to a refreshing shower in our floor-level shower room with window and mirror cabinet.

In addition to your towels, hand soap, cosmetic tissues, toilet paper and a hairdryer await you. In our small dream kitchen with direct access to the terrace, you have the choice of preparing coffee, tea and much more.

The kitchen is fully equipped: toaster, kettle, oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher round off our offer.

The terrace can be shaded with an awning in summer. In the living room - also with terrace access - you have the opportunity to switch off after an eventful day with a view of the garden, a book from our guest library or the Smart TV.

In addition to the equipment in the kitchen, you will find various glasses for wine, beer and much more.

The sofa bed can be used for an extra bed if required with a sleeping area of approx. 1.40x2.00m. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The keeping/accommodation of animals is not permitted.
