RESIDENZA ORTAIA is a wonderful portion of an independent house completely renovated in 2020. Located in the characteristic historical centre of Portese, a hamlet of San Felice del Benaco, it is a 10-minute walk from the port of Portese, where you can access the boat service that takes you to all the resorts of Lake Garda and to the public beach. The house is on two levels joined by an internal staircase in masonry. Ground floor with entrance into a large living room with double sofa bed and sceslong, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and closet.
First floor with double bedroom, twin bedroom with 2 single beds and exclusive terrace with panoramic views over the parks of the surrounding properties.
Outside there is access to exclusive fully tiled courtyard with table, sun loungers, sofa and armchairs. ENERGY CLASS " A " with private photovoltaic system for electricity production. Home with low energy impact.
Portese is 10 minutes by car from Salò where you can find shops for shopping, restaurants and bars.:.
There is ample free parking just a few steps from the house. A few steps away you will also find bars, restaurants, a newsagent's and the wonderful 6 km long cycle-pedestrian path that goes through the beautiful morainic hills of our territory, along the lake and passing through the most beautiful vineyards and olive groves of the area. The charming residence is ideal for families with children, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation. The accommodation is available both in summer, being equipped with air conditioning and in winter, being equipped with underfloor heating in heat pump.
