This spacious 70m² vacation apartment is located in Capoliveri, a small town on the sunny Mediterranean island of Elba in Italy's Tuscany region. The freshly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room, a comfortable kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom with 1 single bed, the other with 2 single beds), as well as one bathroom with a shower and can therefore accommodate 7 people. The apartment features a television and a washing machine. The apartment is suitable for children and a baby bed and highchair are available (upon request). Guests can relax outdoors on the open furnished terrace. The apartment is located close to the Capoliveri downto wn, just 3 to 5 minutes (1 to 2 km) by car from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues. The apartment is just a 6 minute (3 km) drive from the scenic Zuccale and Stecchi beaches and guests can visit the Piazza Giacomo Matteotti hiking area just 5 minutes (2 km) by car from the property. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the Elba Golf Club Acquabona, just a 12 minute (7 km) drive from the apartment. There are currently 82 cycling routes that wind through Capoliveri's beautiful mountain and coastal landscape. The Marina di Campo Airport is 30 minutes (21 km) away by car.
